NEWS UPDATE - COVID-19
World Concert Day has rapidly responded to the world situation. The 2020 event now focuses on the Corona Virus COVID-19 Crisis. You may still support Climate Awareness and other causes and charities of your choice as before, this has not changed, but the official headline cause is now the Global Pandemic Emergency. WCD 2020 promotes and supports all aid efforts for this cause. Its officially designated prefered fundraiser is The United Nations Foundation and World Health Organization "COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund" which directly funds the World Health Organization´s work in leading and coordinating the global effort, supporting all countries to prevent, detect, and respond to the pandemic.
This World Is Ours, recorded by Sweden´s Got Talent singing sensation Eva Jumatate, will be one of the featured live song performances at World Concert Day on April 26. Be part of the global event!!
